OPEC’s Agenda: Political, or Economic
Ministers from members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) are deeply divided over how much oil to pump following a sharp decline in global prices.
The group have begun their two-day quarterly meeting in Vienna. Members will also decide on a new leader. Is OPEC controlled by global politics or economics?
